Jobgether is seeking a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner in the Netherlands to lead complex hiring across engineering, data, and platform infrastructure. You will collaborate with engineering and data leaders to define hiring strategies and improve assessment processes.

You will leverage AI-powered tools and data-driven insights to attract exceptional talent, shape candidate experiences, and build scalable talent acquisition practices in a remote-friendly European setup.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in technical talent acquisition.
• Proficiency with AI-powered recruitment tools and talent intelligence platforms.
• Ability to communicate credibly with engineering leaders and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for complex engineering, data, and platform infra roles.
• Lead hiring for senior technical leadership and critical positions across regions.
• Leverage AI tools and talent intelligence platforms to optimize sourcing and candidate engagement.
• Partner with Engineering and Data leaders to define role scorecards and interview rubrics.
• Develop global sourcing strategies to engage high-caliber passive candidates.
• Monitor pipeline analytics and quality of hire to guide decisions and improvements.
