Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Software Engineer – AI-Assisted Full-Stack Development based in the Netherlands. You will design, build, test, and deploy scalable full-stack applications using Python, FastAPI, React, and Node.js in a remote, agile environment with AI-powered tooling.

The role covers backend and frontend development, cloud infrastructure, automation, and AI practices, with collaboration across product, QA, and data teams.

Qualifications

• Experience developing full-stack web applications using Python, FastAPI, React, and modern JS/TS.
• Proficiency with REST or GraphQL APIs, authentication, and data modeling.
• Experience applying AI-assisted development tools to build and test software.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote, agile environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or equivalent practical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable web applications with AI-assisted tooling.
• Build and maintain REST or GraphQL APIs with authentication, validation, and error handling.
• Use AI coding agents to accelerate development while ensuring quality and security.
• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases, data modeling, migrations, and performance tuning.
• Implement async processing with message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ).
• Investigate production issues and optimize performance; write tests and docs.
