Optiply in Amsterdam is hiring an AI-powered prospector to join our commercial engine. You’ll be the first contact for ecommerce and retail leaders, combining smart outreach, data signals, and AI-assisted prospecting to fill the pipeline for our Account Executive team.

You will qualify inbound leads, run discovery conversations about operational and financial impact, and help craft targeted outreach across email, LinkedIn, and calls.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a sales or outreach role, preferably in SaaS, tech, or B2B environments.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritise prospects using AI tools and data signals.
• Build and execute targeted multi-channel sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone).
• Test messaging and channels, then use data to sharpen the approach.
