Job summary

Optiply in Amsterdam is seeking a Junior Account Executive to spearhead outreach to high-potential e-commerce and retail buyers. You will learn SaaS sales quickly, progress to own product demos, and close deals under mentorship within 6–12 months.

Fluent in English and Dutch, you’ll blend data-driven prospecting with multi-channel outreach, build a robust pipeline, and grow into a strategic advisor for customers while enjoying a hybrid work model and a generous uncapped commission plan.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is a plus.
• Fluent in English & Dutch (Mandatory).
• Data literate; comfortable using CRM systems and numbers to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research ICPs to target high-potential buyers.
• Engage decision-makers via multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
• Lead product demos and discovery calls as you progress to AE under mentorship.
