Job summary

Adyen is seeking a GTM Systems Manager to join our Revenue Operations team in Amsterdam. You will own a portfolio of commercial technologies, shaping their strategy, roadmap, performance, and continuous improvement, while aligning with commercial teams to deliver measurable value.

You will prepare our commercial tech stack for AI and automation, building custom workflows, integrations, and solutions that enhance GTM operations.

Qualifications

5–7 years of experience in Revenue Operations or a similar GTM technology role.
Experience owning roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives, and managing stakeholders.
Experience with GTM tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Clay, Gong, Aircall, DocuSign, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
Experience using AI coding assistants, agentic development tools, or automation platforms to build technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Own the roadmap: Define and maintain the roadmap for the tools in your portfolio, balancing business priorities, user needs, and platform capabilities.
Optimize the tech stack: Improve how existing tools are configured and used, drive adoption of new capabilities, and identify opportunities to consolidate or replace technology.
Build AI & automation solutions: Use agentic development tools and AI coding assistants to build workflows, integrations, scripts, and applications that solve GTM challenges.
Evaluate & implement tools: Assess new platforms, lead implementations, and ensure new technology fits our broader commercial architecture and automation strategy.
Manage integrations & data: Work with Salesforce, engineering, and data teams to maintain reliable integrations, APIs, webhooks, and data flows.
Drive stakeholder alignment: Partner with commercial leaders and end users to understand problems, prioritize initiatives, communicate trade-offs, and drive adoption.
Own tool health & governance: Monitor performance, support complex issues, manage vendors and renewals, and ensure compliance with security, privacy, and data standards.
