Adyen is seeking a GTM Systems Manager to join the Revenue Operations team in Amsterdam. You will own a portfolio of commercial technologies, shaping strategy, roadmap, performance, and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with commercial teams to identify needs, prioritize investments, and ensure tools deliver measurable value. A key focus is preparing the tech stack for AI and automation, building workflows and integrations using agentic tools to improve GTM operations.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in Revenue/Marketing/Sales Operations or similar GTM tech role.
• Experience owning roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives and managing stakeholders.
• Proficient with GTM tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar.
• Experience using AI coding assistants, agentic development tools, or automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON, data models, and system integrations.
• Strong product and prioritization mindset with autonomy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Own the roadmap: Define and maintain the roadmap for the tools in your portfolio.
• Optimize the tech stack: Improve configuration, drive adoption, consolidate or replace tech.
• Build AI & automation solutions: Create workflows, scripts, and applications.
• Evaluate & implement tools: Assess new platforms and lead implementations.
• Manage integrations & data: Maintain integrations, APIs, and data flows.
• Drive stakeholder alignment: Partner with leaders and end users to drive adoption.
• Own tool health & governance: Monitor performance, vendor management, security/compliance.
