Chainels is hiring a first-in-house AI GTM Engineer / RevOps to own HubSpot data, automation, and AI-driven workflows. You’ll bridge Marketing, Sales, and Operations, shaping systems, processes, and playbooks from the ground up in a hybrid Rotterdam-area setup.

You’ll work with Claude, MCP, n8n, and related tools to automate lead scoring, pipeline hygiene, and forecasting while building scalable RevOps operations for an AI-native company.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in RevOps, GTM engineering, or marketing/sales ops in B2B SaaS.
• Data modeling and reconciliation across systems.
• Deep proficiency with HubSpot workflows, objects, reporting, and integrations.
• Daily use of Claude or similar AI tools for automation and analysis.
• Experience with automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier).

Responsabilités

• Own HubSpot as the central 360° customer intelligence platform and integrations.
• Ensure data quality from first touch to renewal with shared definitions.
• Build real-time pipeline and revenue metric reporting infrastructure.
• Create AI-driven workflows with Claude, MCP, and tools across the stack.
• Own integrations between HubSpot and other systems; enable scale.
