Databricks is seeking a Field Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team of pre-sales Solutions Architects across the Benelux region. You will coach, mentor, and build an elite organization while partnering with Sales to drive platform adoption and enterprise AI initiatives.

You will spend 30–40% in the field, working with executives and internal teams to translate technical capabilities into measurable business ROI and scale capabilities across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or leading a technical customer-facing team.
• Experience partnering with Sales through complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.
• Experience in data platforms, analytics, AI, cloud, software, or related technical domain.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsabilités

• Hire, mentor, and retain exceptional Solutions Engineers in the Benelux region.
• Lead AI capability and productivity across the engineering team.
• Build trusted relationships with VP/C-level executives and translate platform capabilities into ROI.
• Co-own regional consumption and growth targets with Sales partners.
• Coach SAs and refine architectures; act as an architectural sounding board.
• Expand Databricks' brand across Benelux Manufacturing accounts.
