Job summary

Databricks is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to lead the technical strategy for greenfield and developing accounts in the Benelux region. You will guide executives and technical teams, turning complex data challenges into practical, scalable solutions across data engineering, data warehousing, and GenAI.

The role requires strong communication in English, cloud platform experience, and a willingness to learn Apache Spark.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical and client-facing roles delivering complex architectures.
• Deep expertise across data landscape: Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, GenAI.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Databricks, AWS, Azure, GCP) and relevant certifications may help.
• Core programming: Python or SQL; willing to learn Apache Spark.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical strategy for greenfield and developing accounts in the Benelux region.
• Provide strategic guidance addressing multi-system problems for executives (across data & AI).
• Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders during negotiations and governance.
• Translate learnings into reusable patterns for the broader Databricks community.
• Drive adoption from proof of concept to measurable business outcomes.
• Mentor and develop junior team members in discovery and prioritisation.
