Job summary

Robeco Nederland's Digital Marketing team is expanding to embrace AI-powered automation. As Marketing AI Specialist, you will build AI agents and automate workflows across content, campaigns and reporting, piloting new tools and coaching colleagues to adopt AI confidently.

You will collaborate with the central AI Hub and partner with marketing teams across channels to translate capabilities into practical use cases while ensuring responsible adoption and governance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years working experience in marketing, digital or related field.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, workflow automation and building AI agents.
• Understanding of marketing operations across channels (content, email, social, events, paid, analytics).
• Good problem-solving and communication skills; collaborative and service-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale AI agents and automated workflows to streamline marketing processes.
• Drive test-and-learn approach to AI innovation; pilot new tools and scale successful experiments.
• Partner with Content, Digital, CRM, Analytics, Events and local markets to apply AI to business challenges.
• Serve as Marketing's liaison to Robeco's AI Hub; translate capabilities into practical use cases.
• Champion AI literacy and adoption across Marketing with coaching and hands-on support.
