Job summary

Robeco is seeking a Marketing AI Specialist to drive AI-powered automation across the marketing function. You will build AI agents, run pilots, and coach colleagues to adopt AI confidently, while aligning with Robeco's AI Hub.

You will collaborate with Content, Digital, CRM, Analytics and local markets to deliver practical AI solutions, enhancing efficiency across campaigns and operations. The role offers a hybrid work setup with a Rotterdam office.

Qualifications

1-3 years working experience in marketing, digital or a related field.
Hands-on experience with AI tools, workflow automation and building AI agents.
Understanding of marketing operations in content, email, social, events, paid and analytics.
Problem-solving mindset with good communication, collaborative and service-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Build and scale AI agents and automated workflows that streamline marketing processes.
Drive a test-and-learn approach to AI innovation, piloting new tools and evaluating impact.
Partner with teams across Content, Digital, CRM, Analytics, Events and local markets to solve business challenges.
Act as Marketing's connection to Robeco's AI Hub and translate capabilities into use cases.
Champion AI literacy and adoption across Marketing, empowering colleagues with coaching and hands-on support.
