Job summary

Robeco Nederland B.V. is seeking an Innovation & Growth Marketing Manager to set the strategic direction for global social media, oversee paid search and AI-driven initiatives, and translate strategy into impactful campaigns across the organization.

You will lead a team, collaborate with global and local teams, and drive measurable growth through data-driven marketing. Responsibilities include defining strategy, optimizing paid and organic channels, and championing AI adoption to scale

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media and marketing transformation.
• Experience in managing teams and developing team members, with clear priority setting and high performance.
• Interest in AI and emerging marketing tech, with change-management experience.
• Understanding of social platforms, paid search, organic social, audience targeting, content distribution, paid media optimization and global marketing models.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Robeco’s global social media and paid search strategy, aligning priorities with business and marketing objectives.
• Drive the performance of paid and organic social media, overseeing content, targeting, budget allocation, engagement and cross-functional campaigns.
• Continuously optimize channel effectiveness through KPI management, data analysis, testing and actionable recommendations.
• Champion AI adoption in Marketing, identifying high-value use cases, leading pilots and scaling solutions.
• Lead marketing innovation and team development by identifying opportunities, shaping the innovation roadmap and developing channel specialists.
