Robeco Investment Engineers seeks a Marketing AI Specialist to drive AI-powered automation across the marketing function. You will build AI agents, run pilots for new tools, and coach colleagues to adopt AI confidently and independently.

You will identify opportunities to automate workflows across content, reporting, campaigns and operations, collaborating with Robeco's central AI Hub to ensure governance and alignment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years working experience in marketing, digital or related field.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, workflow automation and building AI agents.
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks or multi-step AI pipelines.
• Understanding of marketing operations across content, email, social, events, paid and analytics.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and service-oriented mindset.

Department Drive marketing transformation by building AI-powered automation. Connect marketing with Robeco's AI agenda to make work smarter, faster, and more scalable. Robeco's Digital Marketing team, consisting of 12 colleagues, leads the global digital strategy and execution for the firm. This includes topics such as Data Analytics, Email, Social Media, Digital platforms and CRM, in close partnership with our local market teams worldwide. The team is responsible for driving commercial visibility and engagement for Robeco's investment capabilities, and is actively investing in new tools and ways of working - including AI and automation - to make marketing faster, smarter, and more scalable.

Position & Requirements

As Marketing AI Specialist, you will work across the entire marketing function - helping people use AI in their day-to-day work. You will build AI agents and automated workflows, run pilots to test new AI tools, and coach colleagues so they can adopt AI confidently and independently. You will identify opportunities to automate marketing workflows to improve efficiency across content, reporting, campaigns and operations. You will also work closely with Robeco's central AI Hub, acting as the Marketing department's connection point into the firm's broader AI agenda ensuring collaboration, alignment and governance. Next to that, you partner with marketing teams across channels to understand their needs and implement practical AI solutions. You will keep the team informed about emerging capabilities and new trends, acting as a true AI ambassador.

• Drive a test-and-learn approach to AI innovation, piloting new tools, evaluating impact and turning successful experiments into scalable solutions.
• Partner with teams across Content, Digital, CRM, Analytics, Events and local markets to solve business challenges through practical AI applications.
• Act as Marketing's connection to Robeco's AI Hub, translating firm-wide AI capabilities into impactful use cases while ensuring responsible and compliant adoption.
• Champion AI literacy and adoption across Marketing, empowering colleagues with coaching, guidance and hands-on support to embed AI into their daily work.

What You Bring

• 1-3 years working experience in marketing, digital or a related field
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, workflow automation and building AI agents.
• Ideally you are familiar with AI agent frameworks or multi-step AI pipelines
• Understanding of marketing operations in content, email, social, events, paid and analytics
• A problem-solving mindset with good communication skills, collaborative and service-oriented mindset
