You will lead a skilled team, drive AI adoption, oversee audience targeting and budgets, and translate ideas into scalable pilots across global markets with external partners. A strong background in digital marketing and leadership is essential to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• 12+ years working experience in digital marketing, social media and marketing transformation.
• Experience in managing teams and developing team members, clear priority setting and enabling high performance.
• Interested in AI and emerging marketing technology, experience with change management.
• Understanding of social platforms, paid search, organic social media, audience targeting, content distribution, paid media optimization, channel performance, global marketing operating models and social media agency delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Robeco's global social media and paid search strategy, aligning channel priorities, campaigns and investments with business and marketing objectives.
• Drive the performance of paid and organic social media, overseeing content, audience targeting, budget allocation, community engagement and cross-functional campaign execution.
• Continuously optimize channel effectiveness through KPI management, data analysis, testing and actionable recommendations that improve visibility, engagement and commercial impact.
• Champion AI adoption in Marketing, identifying high-value use cases, leading pilots, scaling successful solutions and ensuring compliance with governance and risk standards.
• Lead marketing innovation and team development by identifying emerging opportunities, evaluating new technologies, shaping the innovation roadmap and developing channel specialists to deliver results.
