Job summary

osapiens is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to strengthen go-to-market execution for a multi-product SaaS portfolio. You will craft high-impact enablement, assets, and e-learnings that boost win rates and build an AI-first enablement engine.

You’ll collaborate with Solution Engineers, SMEs, and designers to ensure consistent, compelling content used in real customer interactions. You’ll own an AI-enabled certification model, build scalable content, and lead a continuous improvement loop

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years in sales or go-to-market enablement.
Proven experience in Sales/Revenue Enablement for multi-product SaaS.
Experience creating learning assets and programs that drive adoption.
AI-first mindset with ability to scale enablement and certification.
Consulting mindset with software/SaaS background.
Curious, innovative, and able to modernize enablement processes.
Strong facilitation and collaboration with Presales/SMEs; simplify complex topics.

Responsibilities

Build an AI-first enablement and certification model to scale reps at speed.
Design and manage internal certifications, levels, and cadence.
Translate solution expertise into field-ready messaging, assets, and talking tracks.
Run win/loss insights and update messaging, enablement, and certifications.
Create scalable onboarding and continuous learning content that drives participation.
Evolve enablement processes with new formats and tools to engage Sales.
