TRM Labs seeks a Sales Enablement Manager for Onchain Compliance to design and scale onboarding, training, certification, and coaching. You will run enablement as an AI-first system, partnering with Sales Leadership, PMM, Product, and Deployment to accelerate field productivity.

You will build AI-driven training using real call and deal data, create roleplays and talk tracks, and deliver personalized development paths while maintaining high standards of accuracy and regulatory credibility.

Qualificações

• Experience building onboarding, training, and certification programs for sales or customer-facing teams.
• Ability to learn complex topics quickly and turn them into simple resources using AI.
• Hands-on with sales and enablement tools; quick to adopt, optimize, and automate new systems with AI.

Responsabilidades

• Own onboarding and certification programs for Onchain Compliance GTM team.
• Design AI-first enablement assets, including knowledge checks and role-plays.
• Develop AI-driven personalized development paths and coaching signals for team members.
• Build AI quality checks to keep content accurate and compliant.
• Automate repetitive enablement tasks and scale the program.”
