Job summary

Howspace, a Learning & Enablement SaaS company, seeks a Product Manager to own end-to-end initiatives. You will map problems quickly, craft precise specs for engineers and AI agents, and drive delivery while evaluating outcomes.

You’ll rally sales, marketing and CS to maximise impact and ruthlessly manage the backlog to sustain momentum. The role emphasizes fast learning, collaboration with an AI-enabled engineering team, and shaping a product used across major mid-market customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM experience in a fast-growing B2B SaaS company.
• Experience shipping AI-enabled features or using AI coding tools is a plus.
• Strong written communication and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Map customer problems with rapid discovery.
• Define precise specs for engineers and AI agents.
• Drive day-to-day delivery and scope decisions.
• Define success metrics and evaluate results after launch.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing and CS to maximise commercial impact.
• Maintain and prune the backlog to keep momentum.
• Balance speed with learning as a core metric.
