• 0-3 years of working experience.
• Experience with customer contact (in any form).
• Available for at least 32 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Support customers via chat and email, using AI to respond faster.
• Improve the Help Center by creating clear articles.
• Report patterns and bugs to inform product improvement.
