• Educational background or 1-3 years experience in customer service or administrative support.
• Fluent Dutch and English (business proficiency).
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills with a service‑oriented mindset.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office and comfortable working with internal data systems.
• Full onsite presence during the initial training and onboarding period.

Responsibilities

• Go beyond customer expectations and support the sales team.
• Handle all incoming calls and emails from customers and salespersons.
• Process quotes, orders, and maintain customer‑related data in internal systems.
• Support mainly Dutch customers and the sales team, including office‑related tasks.
• Close cooperation with logistics and accounting departments as well as other departments as needed.
