Job summary

Aquablu is seeking an AI-native RevOps Manager and GTM Engineer to own the Revenue Architecture end to end, from Lead to Expansion, reporting to the VP GTM.

You will set canonical definitions and the KPI tree, build forecast engines across Direct, Indirect and Enterprise, and run commission, compensation operations, plus an AI layer to automate routines.

Based in or near Amsterdam, you will work with a fast-growing, ambitious team to scale revenue and improve how the commercial org works.

Qualifications

• Three to seven years in RevOps, GTM Engineering, or Sales Operations at a recurring-revenue business.
• Experience owning a CRM as the system of record in HubSpot with custom objects and pipeline design.
• Think in revenue architecture; understand unit economics and forecast cadence.
• Proficient building AI-powered GTM tools and automations.
• Fluent in English; based in Amsterdam or nearby.

Responsibilities

• Own the Bowtie operating model, KPI tree, and CAC per motion.
• Own forecast engines across Direct, Indirect and Enterprise; oversee pipeline attribution.
• Lead deal-to-cash overhaul from contract to ledger.
• Develop signal-based demand generation; feed BDRs and ABM clusters in HubSpot/Lemlist.
• Manage AE ARR plan, commissions, and quarterly payouts with Finance.
• Implement GTM automation and playbooks in HubSpot and Notion.
