Job summary

AIHR (Academy to Innovate HR) is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Manager to join our Revenue Operations team in Rotterdam. You’ll own operational processes moving deals from opportunity to revenue, collaborating with Sales leadership to optimize performance in a fast-growing, globally distributed company.

You’ll manage Deal Desk, vendor registration, invoicing, collections, and order-to-cash while leveraging AI and automation to drive efficiency across HubSpot, Gong, Atlassian, and Google

Qualifications

• Strong operational execution with commercial awareness.
• Experience in B2B revenue operations or sales enablement.
• Familiarity with end-to-end order-to-cash processes and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Improve how Sales operates using data, feedback and workflow redesigns.
• Support Sales leadership with performance insights and actionable recommendations.
• Own and optimize the Deal Desk, approvals, and vendor registrations.
