Aquablu is building a disruptive water system with a hands-on senior engineering role in Amsterdam. You will own the platform, pipelines, AI tooling, and reliability for AI-powered workflows that accelerate product delivery and ensure stable deployments.

The role offers autonomy, deep technical impact, and a path to influence how the whole digital org ships software, with the Head of Digital Product guiding this pivotal function.

Qualifications

• Real, hands-on engineering experience building production systems.
• Senior level ownership of a system or platform end-to-end.
• Built or operated agentic AI/LLM systems in production.
• AI-native coding with AI agents daily.
• Background in platform, infrastructure, or ML/AI tooling.
• Multiplier mindset to unblock the team.
• Built test and quality automation integrated into CI.
• Experience building eval or reliability tooling for AI/LLM systems.
• Fast learner who ships under uncertainty.
• Impactful contributor regardless of previous title.

Responsibilities

• Prototype and discovery environment for rapid idea testing.
• CI/CD and deploy infrastructure ownership.
• Automated testing, quality gates, and AI-generated test suites.
• Quality ownership for the digital org encoded in infrastructure.
• Evaluation infrastructure with automated eval suites and guardrails.
• Agent and workflow infrastructure for AI agents and workflows.
• Tooling strategy to roll out new tools across the team.
