Job summary

Revelane is seeking a Revenue Operations Strategist to design and optimise the commercial infrastructure that powers sustainable growth. You will align data, systems, and processes across marketing, sales, and customer success to create one coherent revenue engine.

You bring 6+ years in Revenue Operations or Commercial Strategy (B2B/SaaS), strong CRM tooling expertise (Salesforce/HubSpot), and fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 6+ years’ experience in Revenue Operations or Commercial Strategy, ideally in B2B or SaaS.
• Proven expertise in CRM and commercial tooling, with deep Salesforce and/or HubSpot experience.
• Strong command of revenue data, interpretation and performance analytics.

Responsibilities

• Structure and optimise end-to-end revenue funnels across marketing, sales, and customer success.
• Define operating rhythms, handovers, and performance criteria to improve conversion and lifecycle value.
• Analyse pipeline, conversion, and retention metrics to identify drivers of performance and friction.
• Design and govern CRM and RevOps tooling ecosystems, ensuring data integrity and process adoption.
• Lead the integration of platforms and automation to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Advise client leadership on RevOps strategy, governance, and capability development.
• Guide change management, ensuring alignment across GtM, Sales, Marketing and Finance.
