Job summary

Customs Support Group seeks a Technical Business Analyst – AI & Process Automation to bridge business processes and technology. You will analyse complex operations, redesign workflows, and translate needs into scalable digital solutions involving AI and automation across multiple systems.

You’ll work with operational experts, Product Managers and Software Engineers to define future-state processes, model with BPMN, and ensure compliance and efficiency in a fast-moving international trade

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Information Management, IT, Industrial Engineering, CS or Data Science required.
• Experience in business analysis, BPM, process automation or digital transformation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate problems into requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and redesign business processes and end-to-end workflows.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and digital solutions.
• Design future-state processes and business rules; model with BPMN.
