• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate problems into clear requirements and solutions.
• Affinity with AI, automation and data-driven technology.
• Strong communication with business and technical stakeholders.
• Curiosity, ownership and continuous-improvement mindset.
• Experience in customs, logistics or international trade is an advantage.
