Job summary

Super is seeking a Business Process Analyst to drive end-to-end improvements across functions and geographies. You will bridge business and technology, using BPMN 2.0 and tools like Signavio to design, analyse, and optimise processes.

You will partner with stakeholders, map requirements, and translate needs into actionable specifications while exploring AI-driven automation opportunities. This role offers exposure to global teams and diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or process improvement.
• Experience gathering requirements and engaging stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and document business requirements across multiple functions and geographies.
• Map and model business processes using BPMN 2.0 standards.
• Use BPM tools such as Signavio or BusinessOptix to design, analyse, and optimise processes.
• Conduct as-is / to-be analysis to identify inefficiencies, risks, and automation opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders to align business needs with technology and data-driven solutions.
• Support the identification and evaluation of AI-driven opportunities, including process automation and predictive analytics.
• Facilitate workshops, process discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Define and track KPIs and process performance metrics.
• Maintain process documentation, governance standards, and repositories.
