Turn complex processes into smart, scalable solutions
Do you enjoy understanding how a business really works - and then making it work better through technology?
At Customs Support Group, we're transforming one of the world's most complex operational environments. Customs is becoming increasingly digital, data-driven and AI-enabled. We're building technology that helps businesses move goods across borders faster, smarter and more compliantly. We're looking for a Technical Business Analyst – AI & Process Automation who can bridge the gap between business processes and technology.
You'll analyse complex operational processes, identify where they can be improved, and translate business needs into scalable digital solutions. From process redesign and system integrations to automation and AI: you'll help turn ideas into solutions that work in practice. You don't need a customs background. We'll teach you customs. What matters is your ability to understand processes, solve complex problems and use technology to improve the way work gets done.
You'll work at the intersection of business analysis, process improvement, technology and AI.
Together with operational experts, Product Managers and Software Engineers, you'll analyse how our customs processes work today and design how they should work tomorrow.
You’ll become part of an international team of highly capable and driven colleagues across Europe, bringing together expertise in technology, product, data, AI and customs. We share a strong ambition: to push the boundaries of what technology can do within the international supply chain. That means challenging established ways of working, experimenting with new technologies and turning promising ideas into solutions that create real operational impact.
With a strong innovation agenda and access to expertise from across our European organisation, you’ll work on cutting‑edge applications of AI, automation, data and digital integration in one of the world's most complex and fast‑moving industries. You’ll be surrounded by colleagues who are curious, ambitious and eager to build — giving you the opportunity not only to contribute your expertise, but also to learn quickly, challenge each other and help shape the future of digital customs and international trade.
What we're looking for; above all, we're looking for a strong analytical thinker.
You're curious about how processes and systems work. When you see a complicated workflow, your instinct is to understand it, challenge it and find a better way.
You can move between the business and technology: talking to operational specialists about their problems one moment and discussing requirements, integrations or automation with developers the next.
You don't need to tick every box. Experience with some of the following is valuable:
