You will map processes with BPMN 2.0, analyse requirements, collaborate with delivery teams, and define KPIs to measure impact. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience are expected, with strong communication and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Process Improvement.
• Experience gathering requirements and engaging stakeholders.
• Hands-on BPMN 2.0 modelling experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and document business requirements across functions and geographies.
• Map and model business processes using BPMN 2.0 standards.
• Design, analyse, and optimise processes using Signavio or BusinessOptix.
• Identify inefficiencies, risks, and automation opportunities.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Define and track KPIs and process performance metrics.
• Maintain process documentation and governance standards.
