Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in business analysis, BPM, or process automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Translate business problems into clear requirements and solutions.
• Affinity with AI, automation and data-driven tech.
• Strong communication with business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience in customs, logistics or international trade is an advantage.
