AI Solutions Lead – Finance Operations | 3 days onsite 2 days work from home | 6 months contract with potential extension

We're looking for a hands‑on AI Solutions Lead to drive practical AI adoption across finance processes for a leading global technology company.

This is NOT a project management role — we want a builder. Someone who can identify opportunities, prototype solutions, and turn manual finance workflows into scalable, AI‑enabled operations.

The right candidate will be a technical problem solver with experience using AI tools and coding assistants such as Claude Code/Cowork, and with the ability to partner effectively across Finance, Finance Transformation, FinTech, Product, Engineering, and Risk/Compliance teams.

What you’ll be doing:

• Identifying high‑value AI use cases across finance workflows (Close/RTR, reconciliations, reporting, variance analysis)
• Building prototypes, copilots, prompt‑based workflows, and agents using tools like Claude Code/Cowork
• Embedding AI into day‑to‑day finance operations with playbooks, prompt libraries, and training
• Partnering across Finance, FinTech, Engineering, and Risk/Compliance teams
• Defining success metrics and building business cases to scale what works
• Ensuring solutions are SOX‑compliant, audit‑ready, and properly governed
• AI solutions consultants with finance or enterprise operations exposure
• Applied AI/automation specialists with workflow and process improvement experience
• Finance transformation professionals with hands‑on AI implementation experience
• Technical operators who've supported finance or controllership teams
