Jobgether SRL, listed on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Finance Data Analyst based in the Netherlands. The role focuses on transforming complex financial data into reliable insights to support strategic decisions and performance monitoring.

You will bridge Finance and technical teams, standardize metrics, and contribute to forecasting, reporting automation, and data governance in a fast-evolving tech environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data analysis, BI, FP&A or related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across multiple systems.
• SQL proficiency and experience with data visualization tools.
• Translate business questions into clear data requirements and metrics.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, closing, variance analysis and unit economics.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Clear documentation and communication with Finance and tech teams.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Map and document data sources, systems, data ownership and definitions.
• Identify data gaps and reconciliation issues across accounting, CRM, HR, payroll, and expenses.
• Define data requirements for monthly close, budgeting, forecasts and reporting.
• Transform and model data from data warehouses to create reusable datasets.
• Produce recurring financial analyses, dashboards and reporting for leadership.
• Collaborate with data engineering to improve integrations and data quality checks.
• Automate recurring reporting and analytical workflows where possible.
• Maintain data lineage, metric definitions and business rules documentation.
