Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert for a remote, worldwide engagement. You will evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs, review financial statements, and ensure accurate journal entries and month-end close processes.

Experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365 is highly valued. The role requires 3+ years in financial accounting or FP&A, strong Excel skills, and English communication at B2 level or above.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience in financial accounting, corporate accounting, audit, bookkeeping, financial reporting, or FP&A with substantial accounting responsibilities.
Hands-on experience preparing or reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.

Responsibilities

Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy, calculations, journal entries, and accounting treatments.
Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close workpapers.
Identify accounting errors, misstatements, and inconsistencies and provide appropriate corrections with clear rationale.
Assess accounting workflows and financial systems logic across platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
Apply written rubrics to evaluate, rank, and grade AI-generated responses.
Create realistic accounting scenarios, examples, and reference answers for AI training.
Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy.
Support financial processes from transaction recording through month-end close and financial reporting.
