Job summary

Road, a dynamic software company in Amsterdam, is seeking a Financial Controller to join the Finance team. You will combine financial control with planning and business partnering, translating data into insights to support decisions.

You will help automate workflows and work with SQL, Looker/LookML, APIs and SuiteQL to improve data quality while maintaining strong governance and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related quantitative field.
• Around 5+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial control, external audits or advisory.
• Strong understanding of internal controls, risk assessment and governance.

Responsibilities

• Financial control and reporting in line with Dutch GAAP and IFRS.
• Partner with Commercial and Operations to analyse pricing, unit economics and performance.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial models.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve finance processes using data tools.
