Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Financial Controller Lead in the Netherlands to drive financial performance, planning, and strategic finance partnerships. You will oversee forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis across a fast-growing tech environment, enabling international expansion and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, financial planning and analysis or corporate finance in tech.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of digital economics, subscription models, and KPI-driven growth.
• Advanced Excel and data-driven decision making; fluency with ERP/BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-range planning and scenario analysis.
• Partner with executives to drive strategic growth and operational excellence.
• Build financial models for new products, pricing, and market expansion.
• Monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities, and drive profitability.
• Design executive dashboards and management reporting on revenue, margins, and cash flow.
• Collaborate with product, commercial, tech, and operations to embed financial discipline.
• Support board and investor discussions with detailed analyses and insights.
• Automate reporting processes and scale financial workflows for expansion.
