Job summary

Telnyx is building a local Enterprise Sales Pod in Amsterdam to own named accounts and architect production systems on Telnyx’s global network. You will lead discovery, POC, and production go‑live, embedding with enterprise customers to deliver real‑world AI, voice, messaging, and wireless workloads.

Qualifications

• CS degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years building and shipping production software with on‑call experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js/TypeScript, and Go.
• Experience deploying containerized services on Kubernetes.
• Strong observability and incident response background.
• Excellent English and Dutch written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Embed with enterprise customers to understand workflows and integration needs.
• Design architecture and lead POCs from discovery to go‑live.
• Develop production implementations using Telnyx APIs and cloud services.
• Ensure observability, cost tracking, and governance for AI workloads.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap.
• Lead cross‑functional delivery and customer‑facing technical conversations.
