Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical, customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Deployed Architect or similar.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product and customers.
• Strong engineering background with hands-on development experience.
• Ability to balance infrastructure architecture with agent development work.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, highly-available AI infrastructure deployments (compute, storage, networking, security).
• Design multi-agent systems and implement agent logic using modern frameworks.
• Lead technical maturity assessments and collaborate with enterprise customers.
• Guide deployment and operations, providing strategic recommendations.
