Lleverage in the Netherlands is hiring an FDE to bridge the gap between sales and clients, designing tailored AI solutions and ensuring successful implementation on our platform. You will engage with potential clients during pre- and post-sales, scope technical feasibility, and drive projects with PM support as you become the go-to expert on Lleverage capabilities and shape the product roadmap.

• Deep interest and hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
• API integration, data analysis, troubleshooting, and basic programming.
• Excellent ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with clients in a technical advisory role.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales Support: join sales calls, answer complex questions and demonstrate feasibility.
• Solution Design: tailor AI solutions meeting customer needs post-sale.
• Implementation: build AI solutions on the Lleverage platform with PM support.
• Quality Improvement: improve metrics after live deployments.
• Customer Success: act as technical advisor throughout journey.
• Platform Expertise: become Lleverage platform expert and influence roadmap.
• Voice of the Customer: represent needs in platform improvements.
