You will lead a small team of Forward Deployed AI specialists, align with central engineering, and ensure upskilling as use cases scale. The role focuses on efficiency, customer experience, and robust governance.

• Build credibility for AI across Ops with practical examples and clear outcomes.
• Represent Operations in central engineering and ensure alignment with Ops needs.
