• Lead a small team of Forward Deployed AI specialists to scale solutions.
• Build credibility for AI across Ops with practical examples and risk awareness.
• Stay current on AI trends and translate into practical ops implications.
• Coordinate with central enablement and capability teams to connect new capabilities to Ops needs.
• Represent Operations in central engineering and ensure alignment of priorities.
