Job summary

TheSoul Group is seeking a Client Deployment Lead, AI to embed with mid-market leadership teams and drive real AI-Native transformation on the ground. You own the client relationship, deployment scope, and a verifiable business outcome, building automations with remote engineers alongside you.

Based anywhere in EMEA, travel 30–60% is expected during deployments. You bring 7–10 years as a senior IC, a proven end-to-end transformation track record, and hands-on AI builder capabilities to the role.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years senior IC with Engagement Manager level experience.
• Proven track record shipping real outcomes and P&L ownership.
• Hands-on AI builder able to prototype agents and data workflows.
• Ability to operate with ambiguity and incomplete information.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship through the CEO and executive steering committee.
• Run the transformation cadence: weekly reviews, monthly value reviews, quarterly business reviews.
• Lead the fast, fixed-scope first win and full rollout end-to-end.
• Configure the platform, assemble automations and agents, prototype against real data.
• Be personally accountable for a measurable business result.
• Carry 2–3 concurrent client engagements.
• Codify the method after each deployment for future deployments.
