Tatoma is seeking an AI Transformation Lead (Client-Embedded) to drive practical AI adoption on client sites in the Netherlands or Denmark. You will oversee day-to-day transformation, ensuring delivery and learning paths while coordinating training and knowledge sharing for sustained impact.

The role is freelance/contracted for 6-12 months with potential extensions, requiring hands-on leadership, strong communication and cross-functional collaboration to keep momentum and tangible outcomes.

Qualificações

• At least 5 years of experience in business transformation, change management or program management.
• AI literate: understand AI systems, LLMs, prompting, data flows and governance, and able to teach others.
• People and change focused with facilitation skills and empathy.
• Training and enablement: manage learning-program logistics including scheduling, feedback, and content curation.
• Communication: turn complex technical updates into engaging stories for all levels.
• Cross-functional coordination across business, IT, ops and HR.

Responsabilidades

• Execute the Client Roadmap: translate strategy into workstreams, milestones and deliverables.
• Drive Adoption and Motivation: run workshops, build excitement and overcome resistance.
• Build and Maintain Learning Paths: design learning journeys and ensure accessible resources.
• Manage Knowledge and Content: curate AI workflows, prompts and best practices.
• Coordinate Training Operations: manage calendars, feedback loops and logistics.
• Foster a Community of Champions: develop early adopters and power users.
• Bridge Tatoma and the Client: connect Tatoma input with client teams and external experts.
• Report on Progress and Value: provide updates focusing on adoption metrics and ROI.
• Embed AI into Onboarding and Culture: integrate AI tools into onboarding and training.
