Mistral seeks an AI Deployment Strategist to drive the adoption and deployment of AI solutions across cybersecurity use cases, partnering with executives to design roadmaps and deliver production-ready platforms.

You will work with the Applied AI team to pilot AI-driven security solutions, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and guide customers from presales to postsales for measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a client-facing strategic and technical role within cybersecurity or defense
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Strong cybersecurity domain expertise: SOC, SIEM, SOAR, threat intel, incident response, vulnerability management, or compliance frameworks
• Foundational knowledge of AI/ML/Data Science with ability to advise both security-focused and non-technical audiences
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI or data-driven applications (Python) to demonstrate value in security contexts
• Familiarity with European cybersecurity regulations and frameworks (ANSSI, NIS2, DORA, SecNumCloud, ISO 27001)
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills; executive presence to influence senior stakeholders
• Fluent in English; experience with MEDDPICC or value-based selling is a plus
• Prior defense or sovereign cloud experience is a plus

Responsabilités

• Lead executive workshops with CISOs and security teams to identify cybersecurity challenges and opportunities where AI can add value
• Architect end-to-end AI solutions tailored to cybersecurity use cases and integrate with customer security workflows
• Collaborate with the Applied AI team to design, prototype, and deploy AI-driven cybersecurity solutions in production
• Own pilot projects and proofs-of-value in cybersecurity contexts; drive secure, scalable deployments
• Ensure deployed solutions meet security, privacy, and regulatory standards (NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001, SecNumCloud)
• Serve as a trusted advisor to cybersecurity customers to maximize value from Mistral's AI offerings
• Travel ~30-60% to cement client relationships and support on-site deployments within Europe
