Job summary

Teads is seeking a Senior Sales Lead for the Netherlands. You will act as the strategic anchor for agency relationships, translating media solutions into revenue Growth and managing a robust pipeline to hit quarterly targets.

You will collaborate with Insights, Creative Studio, Account Management, and Platform teams to deliver high-impact solutions for partners. You will own day-to-day operations, tailor proposals to client needs, and secure new business opportunities within media agencies,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience selling digital media solutions to media agencies.
• Strong network within the Dutch media agency landscape and deep understanding of the online advertising ecosystem.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales strategy in the Dutch market and identify tailored media opportunities.
• Shape Teads' market presence and differentiate offerings to key decision-makers.
• Manage day-to-day pipeline, client deliverables, and consultative client relationships.
