Job summary

Accenture in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead and scale multilingual sales and account management teams within the digital marketing ecosystem. You will own prospecting, discovery, and closing motions while aligning advertiser needs to tailored solutions.

You will partner with senior client stakeholders and internal leaders to drive revenue growth, set strategic direction for sales execution, and improve pipeline health across markets.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of total professional experience.
• 2–3+ years as a Sales Manager or in a leadership role.
• Experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, SaaS, or media environments.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales results for one or more segments and ensure revenue targets are exceeded.
• Lead, coach, and develop sales teams and front-line leaders.
• Drive multichannel outbound strategies (phone, email, LinkedIn) to identify and close advertisers.
• Forecasting accuracy and pipeline management; CRM discipline and escalation handling.
• Shape go-to-market strategy with senior stakeholders to drive growth.
