Job summary

Channel Factory is looking for a Dutch-speaking Sales Manager in Amsterdam with a strong media-industry network. You will build and grow relationships with media agencies and direct clients, drive revenue, and develop a scalable sales strategy.

The role demands digital sales expertise, a proactive approach, and the ability to navigate a fast-changing environment while maintaining a strategic, data-driven mindset. You will collaborate with global teams and report into the Sales leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of digital sales experience in the Netherlands.
• Living in the Randstad region and able to travel locally.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Established relationships with major media agencies (direct contacts a plus).
• Proven ability to run many meetings, pitches and pursue revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the local sales effort.
• Market Channel Factory products to media agencies and clients.
• Provide buyers with the tools and knowledge to advocate our service.
• Create and execute the sales strategy with the Management team.
• Manage day-to-day work with Account Management.
• Lead agency partnerships and own the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Find new opportunities through networking and long-term partnerships.
• Negotiate terms to secure win-win partnerships.
• Forecast, track, and report sales performance and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with client objectives.
