Overview

Acquisition Manager Data Centers | Germany | The Netherlands | France. We are looking for an Acquisition Manager (International) to strengthen the Photon & Penta team in expanding the European data center portfolio for Penta Infra, with a focus on Germany, France, and the Netherlands.

Join the Photon & Penta team as an Acquisition Manager dedicated to expanding the European portfolio of data centers for Penta Infra.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain contact with external brokers and developers.
• Identify and source new greenfield and brownfield opportunities.
• Negotiate acquisition terms. Prepare business cases and investment proposals in collaboration with the relevant teams in Penta and Photon.
• Conduct feasibility studies and appraisals in collaboration with the Technical Development Director and external advisors.
• Support the Technical Development team post-deal with handover and initial development steps.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Relevant university degree.
• Proven international track record.
• Strong understanding of investment and development processes.
• Commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
• General understanding of legal processes.
• Independent, self-starter with a strong analytical background.
• Ability to promote best practices and knowledge sharing.
• Proficient in business English.
