Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist - Lease Agreements in the Netherlands within the Northern Europe Order to Cash team. You will own the financial and administrative processes behind lease contracts, ensuring accurate setup, maintenance and invoicing throughout the lifecycle.

The role involves maintaining high-quality lease data, performing indexation calculations, and ensuring invoices and settlements are processed accurately and on time to support portfolio

Qualifications

• Three to five years’ experience in a similar finance/administrative role.
• Highly accurate with detailed contractual and financial information.
• Able to take ownership of end-to-end processes from start to finish.
• Capable of prioritising and meeting recurring deadlines.
• Comfortable collaborating with different teams and stakeholders.
• Strong written and spoken communication; professional service mindset.
• Experience identifying issues and driving practical process improvements.
• Proficient in Excel and financial systems.

• Process lease terminations and changes related to addendums.

• Handle manual invoicing and re-invoicing when needed.
• Execute monthly vacancy run and related tasks.
• Respond to queries by phone and email; provide support.

We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist - Lease Agreements to join our Northern Europe Order to Cash team.

This is a great opportunity to take ownership of the financial and administrative processes behind our lease agreements, ensuring that contracts are accurately recorded, maintained and invoiced throughout their lifecycle.

You’ll join a collaborative Order to Cash team of 13 colleagues across Sweden, the Netherlands and the UK, working within our wider Northern Europe Operational Finance team. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Leasing, Legal, Investment Management and Shopping Centre Management, as well as our tenants and their representatives.

Why this role matters

Our lease agreements underpin important financial processes across our business. In this role, you’ll help ensure that rental objects and lease contracts are correctly set up, updated and closed within our systems.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining high-quality lease data, completing indexation calculations and ensuring invoices and settlements are processed accurately and on time.

Your work will directly support invoicing accuracy, cash collection and the wider financial performance of our Northern Europe portfolio.

What you’ll be getting involved in

No two days will look exactly the same, but you’ll spend your time:

• Creating and updating rental objects within our systems
• Accurately registering new lease agreements and contract information
• Processing lease terminations and changes relating to lease addendums
• Calculating and executing lease indexation
• Managing recurring and contract-related invoicing
• Processing SBR settlements and invoicing
• Completing service charge settlements and invoicing
• Managing manual invoicing and re-invoicing when required
• Completing the monthly vacancy run
• Responding to queries and providing support by phone and email
• Working closely with internal teams including Leasing, Legal, Investment Management and Shopping Centre Management
• Supporting tenants and tenant representatives with lease-related financial and administrative queries
• Helping to improve data quality, invoicing accuracy and the efficiency of our Order to Cash processes

What we’re looking for

You’ll enjoy this role if you:

• Have around three to five years’ experience in a similar finance or administrative position
• Are highly accurate and comfortable working with detailed contractual and financial information
• Enjoy taking ownership of processes from beginning to end
• Can confidently manage priorities and meet recurring deadlines
• Are comfortable working collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders
• Have strong communication skills and provide a helpful, professional service
• Enjoy identifying issues and finding practical ways to improve processes
• Are confident using Excel and working with financial systems

It would be great if you also bring:

• An MBO 4 qualification in finance, administration or a related field
• Experience using SAP
• Previous experience working with lease agreements or contract administration
• Knowledge of the real estate sector
