Job summary

Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield is seeking an Asset Assistant to join our Centre Management team at Westfield Mall of the Netherlands in Amstelveen. This hands-on role supports daily operations, tenant communications, customer experience initiatives and reporting, helping to keep the centre welcoming and efficient.

You’ll work closely with the General Manager, Centre Management and cross-functional teams to coordinate projects, manage information flows and monitor customer metrics.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a busy environment.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience using standard office software for reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day centre operations and tenant communications.
• Prepare performance reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Coordinate centre projects and maintain information across systems.
• Assist with customer experience initiatives and surveys.
• Help track footfall, sales information and reporting trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain centre assets.
