Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield is seeking a Portfolio Leasing Manager to lead the leasing strategy and commercial performance for our Netherlands portfolio. You will shape the retail mix, strengthen relationships with brands, and drive ambitious outcomes across Dutch assets.

You will lead the Netherlands Leasing team, influence senior stakeholders and bring together cross-functional teams behind a clear, joined-up portfolio strategy.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in retail property, leasing, asset management or commercial real estate.
• Proven track record delivering leasing strategies and commercial targets in complex retail environments.
• Experience building relationships with national and international brands and managing senior stakeholders.

We're looking for a Portfolio Leasing Manager to lead the leasing strategy and commercial performance of our Netherlands portfolio.

This is a high-impact leadership role with responsibility for shaping the retail mix, strengthening relationships with leading national and international brands, and delivering ambitious commercial outcomes across our Dutch assets.

You'll lead the Netherlands Leasing team, influence senior stakeholders and bring together teams from across the business behind a clear, joined-up portfolio strategy. What you'll be getting involved in

No two days will look exactly the same, but you'll spend your time:

• Leading and delivering the leasing strategy across both Netherlands assets
• Taking ownership of portfolio performance, commercial targets and Business Plan priorities
• Leading, motivating and developing a team of four
• Building senior relationships with national and international brands
• Leading and challenging complex commercial negotiations
• Identifying emerging brands, sectors and concepts that will strengthen our destinations
• Shaping anchor tenant strategy and long-term brand partnerships
• Using market insight and performance data to identify risks, opportunities and future growth
• Bringing internal teams, external agents and senior stakeholders together behind a clear commercial vision
• Representing the Netherlands leasing function in leadership forums and regional discussions

What we're looking for

We're looking for an established commercial leader who can operate strategically while staying close to the market and the detail.

You'll enjoy this role if you:

• Have significant experience within retail property, leasing, asset management or commercial real estate
• Bring a strong track record of delivering leasing strategies and commercial targets in complex retail environments
• Have led and developed high-performing teams
• Are an accomplished negotiator who understands the commercial drivers behind successful deals
• Build credibility quickly and can confidently influence senior stakeholders
• Combine strategic thinking with hands-on commercial delivery
• Understand retail market dynamics, brand positioning and evolving customer trends
• Bring energy, resilience and sound judgement to complex negotiations
• Are fluent in both Dutch and English
• Experience working across multiple assets, within an international business or with large-scale destination retail would be an advantage.
