Want to be part of something people experience every day? We're looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist - Lease Agreements to join our Northern Europe Order to Cash team. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of the financial and administrative processes behind our lease agreements, ensuring that contracts are accurately recorded, maintained and invoiced throughout their lifecycle. You'll join a collaborative Order to Cash team of 13 colleagues across Sweden, the Netherlands and the UK, working within our wider Northern Europe Operational Finance team. You'll work closely with colleagues across Leasing, Legal, Investment Management and Shopping Centre Management, as well as our tenants and their representatives. If you enjoy working with detail, taking ownership and making sure that important processes run accurately and efficiently, we'd love to hear from you.
Our lease agreements underpin important financial processes across our business. In this role, you'll help ensure that rental objects and lease contracts are correctly set up, updated and closed within our systems. You'll be responsible for maintaining high-quality lease data, completing indexation calculations and ensuring invoices and settlements are processed accurately and on time. Your work will directly support invoicing accuracy, cash collection and the wider financial performance of our Northern Europe portfolio.
